"Disappointing stay… front desk staff were not knowledgeable about parking, after paying fir two nights valet staff (who were very nice to us each time we left the building) said the parking garage was closed- so we had to valet park for the weekend. The front of the sink and vanity in our bathroom had streak marks down the front of it that I wiped off and we only had one wash cloth for two people - when we went to guest services to ask for two more the next day the staff called someone on the phone and asked for our room number again and said they could bring up more … never happened 😞 Would not stay there again or recommend it."

"It wasn't a bad stay. It was a clean hotel and the staff was nice. My only complaint it is that it didn't look like the pictures. Online this looks a lot more luxurious than it is. Not saying it's bad, but in person, it definitely gives renovated YMCA."

"All was good except the variety of food available for breakfast. Very limited, and the motel staples of biscuits and gravy, reconstituted eggs and a few cereals is not healthy for people with diabetes."

Hollywood Casino & Hotel St. Louis

"Staff was great. Shuttle was a life saver and worth the money. The shampoo and body wash in the shower would not dispense. King bed very comfortable. Glad there was a safe to use in the room. AV in room worked well. 7th floor at elevators the wall paper was healing away from wall by the buttons. Need more seating at bar before you get to the casino. The dog restaurant inside the casino could have been better but at 1 am your just glad somethings open. Room was clean."

"Although this is an older property, it was clean and well maintained. My only complaint was about the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were definitely not good quality and there was a very small selection. But the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made up for the deficiency. The gals at the front desk were very nice and I appreciate that."

"If you’re visiting St. Louis, I highly recommend the Drury Plaza Hotel at the Arch! Great food, good drinks, super friendly staff, and the views of the city and Arch are amazing. Clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. We’d definitely stay again!"

"I honestly didn’t like anything about it compared to other hotels at the same stars. The room that we paid for supposed two queen size I but they are more like full or double sizes. (4.6-4.9 ft wide to be exact). The sheets had spots on them, same the furniture. I had to call the supervisor to clean some blood spots or something red/brown from the nightstand. the phone had like green toothpaste on it. I have pictures of all of these. I asked to change the room , they refused and sent someone to do a little wiping. like seriously it was the worst experience we had… there were spots on the carpet; just awful! Waste of money and luckily, we stayed only one night… awful view as well. We Supposed to have a courtyard view but we faced a full wall in front of us. Parking valet was $50 or $40 to park yourself. When we stayed at the Four seasons, a night before, the parking was included. The room was nice and clean. Everything was great and for $60 more as you don’t have to pay the parking,it was more it was worth it. Won’t stay at this Live by Lowe again."
