"We were given a room that turned out not to have any warm water. The night manager moved us to another room in the late evening, when this was discovered (thank you to the helpful night manager). However, for unclear reasons, on the next two days, our newly assigned room was not cleaned or serviced (although the switch in rooms was clearly communicated to the front desk in the morning). So, we had to get new trash bags and clean towels from the front desk in the afternoon (when we returned to the room and discovered the lack of service) --- not just once, but on two subsequent days."

"Suite 502 had a weird smell but overall clean. Coffee was watery in the morning so had to go to town to get it. Bed was comfortable and only an 8 min walk to town. "

"The motel is in a perfect location, directly across from the entrance to the Marginal Way and a 5 minute walk to downtown. The room was immaculate. The front of the main building was well taken care of, but the walkways and stairs in the back near the indoor pool need attention."

"My son and I spent a few days in Ogunquit and found this gem. It was a mix of old style and new. We didn’t use the pool but I did use the hot tub. It was wonderful! We were in walking distance to town, the hotel provided coffee each morning, and I would have loved to sit in the rockers on the front porch but it was a bit chilly. Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Perfect little spot!"
