"Everything was excellent except for the bathroom in our room was dirty and the valet was a joke. Looked like a middle school boys used our bathroom before we got there. Valet was a joke when we tried to get our truck the next day, it took an hour to leave. Had to go back and forth on a location, had to pick my own keys out and whole process was a chaos and unorganized"

"We stayed here for one night due to my daughter was graduating and the convention center. The room was very clean and my mother enjoyed the bar. Only downfall was we didn’t have any info about restaurants around that would deliver after 10. Otherwise this was a enjoyable hotel to stay in and if ever In Savannah again will reserve again."

"The room was clean, the staffs were nice, the breakfast were very good, on Monday & Wednesday are happy hour between 5:40 to 7. It was very good. However, the parking was a little expensive $32 per night & we stayed for 4 nights. Overall we will come back & stay because the location was awesome & we walked everywhere & no uber needed."

"This may currently be my favorite luxury hotel. Its location in the Historic Center of Savannah is perfect. The property is gorgeous and well maintained. All the staff were super sweet and expert at being hospitable. They set the tone with an attentive but laid back charm that makes you feel welcome and soothed as soon as you check in. Plus they’ll hand you a flute of Brut or Rose sparkling wine as soon as you enter to check in which gets your vacation in Savannah going on the right foot! Both are delicious, BTW, with maybe a slight edge to the sparkling Rose. The rooms are large, clean, and decorated in a hip but unpretentious luxe modern style with a nod to the historic nature of Savannah in the details and wood carpentry trim. The layout is very clever and functional for your sleeping/sitting/clothes/bathroom with hooks where you want hooks etc. The rooftop bar is a must see delight - you step out there and immediately heave a sigh of bliss as you take in the stunning view. The nearby rooftop pool is small but functional and also charming. There are many well thought out seating areas up there which invite you to camp out and enjoy cocktails. I’d say my only meh is I was so excited that they have a wine bar downstairs, but my taste in wine is not in sync with whomever selected their wines by the glass. They are okay, but neither delicious nor well priced - so you are paying $20 plus for a glass of underwhelming wine. Beds: 10 out of 10 for comfort. And dog friendly!"

"Great location! It was so easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was perfect with the sleep sofa and pull out trundle which allowed my mom and son to have their own beds. The breakfast made mornings really easy and fast. Check-in was a little rough but after that everything was great. Also top marks to valet! They were quick and really nice. We had a spill on the way and the car was a little musty, they even took the time to spray some air freshener for us!"

"Over all the property is deserving of a rating of maybe 4/5. The room and bathroom were clean, staff was very helpful and the room service ordered meals were promptly delivered in take out plastic bags however the expectation of the hotel was somewhat disappointing. The pool was disgusting!"
