"The staff was amazing-very welcoming and helpful. The room was standard size for Japan (a little small compared to American size) but the amenities provided more than made up for the size of the room-especially the pajamas. They had a great selection of personal care products in the lobby to choose from. The hotel is in a quieter area of Shinjuku (which was nice to get away from the craziness near the Shinjuku station) but still close enough to walk to everything in Shinjuku. "

"The rooms are very nice modern spacious . The corridor looks outdated though but still clean . Nice to have the adapters and multi cables available in the room . Toilet within the room is spacious bright clean and modern . Will definitely stay here again if I m back to Tokyo. Do remember to check if the room type comes with access to the sky lounge as I forgot to do so"

"Very helpful staff from check in to check out No issues found with room during stay Very convenient being attached the the airport limousine bus service from and to Haneda airport. Many convenience stores located in and around the hotel Luggage check in service is very helpful especially if you have a delayed flight. Check out was 11 am but we were able to keep our luggage with them till we had to go to the airport at 6pm+"

My husband and I love to walk so it was not a problem for us walking to Shinjuku train station and taking the trains from there. There was also a bus right outside our hotel that takes you to Shibuya which was really convenient."

I would have given it 10 stars had I not visited the breakfast buffet. It was unimpressive. Everything seemed very dry. The food did not look fresh nor tasty. I felt I wasted money paying 2500 yen. The cost is 2750 yen but I bought it the night before and took advantage of a small discount and therefore my cost was 2500yen. "
