"Room was nice and had good amenities. Provide pajamas and a multi charger. Nice that it is connected to the airport. There are kiosks to check in but they were not working at the time. We purchased the breakfast and received a discount price. It was very difficult to find the restaurant. All the workers would say go to the first floor. When you get to the first floor there was nothing there. No signs at all. We wasted a lot of time going down the coming back up and getting the same direction. They need signage directing you to the restaurant. You have to go outside then down the sidewalk. No one provided that information. All the looking wasted 20 minutes and there were other people who were also confused. Finally found it on my own."

"Skipped breakfast since there were so many local options. Area had great transportation options and so easy to get around. Room was on the small side. Needed to step up into bathroom."

"the hotel was clean and spacious for our family of 4 (2 young children) with the 2 single twins pushed together. The hotel provides pjs and slippers for adults and kids. Amenities like face products, toothbrush set and more are provided as well. The location is conveniently beside train station to connect to areas of Tokyo. Easy travel for disney day. There is a convenience store downstairs for easy snacks, water, milk, etc. I would stay here again! "

"Lovely hotel, modern rooms with large comfy beds. The staff were all fantastic and really made experience here as brilliant as it was. Would recommend as a base for Disney or business in Tokyo Bay. A little far as a base for Tokyo but would suit if adding a day or two to a trip. "

"The breakfast was very good. But very crowded. A note to people to familiar with making a reservation. First thing in the morning scan the QR code and you will be assigned a time. Note at 6:30 am I was given 7;15. I saw many people not realizing this scanning. And to be honest half the staff told us you do not need a reservation. Think logically everyone wants to eat early and get to Disney. "
