"Todo muy bien"

"Clean room and very friendly staff"

"The room was very clean and well presented and the price was excellent also. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a nice bonus too and the food quality was great."

"My husband and I have stayed here several times and we intend to return. The one bedroom suite has lots of space. The daily breakfast is miles better than other complimentary breakfasts we have had at other hotels. Parking is expensive but so is everywhere else downtown. The gym is airy and bright with very good equipment including two Pelaton bikes. This hotel is a dependable choice for downtown Ottawa."

"Très petit pour une famille de 4 dans la même chambre. Peu lumineux."

"I have mixed feelings about my experience here. On the one hand, the property is nicely maintained. The beds, pillows and linens are comfortable and the room was spotless. That being said, I had a few points that poorly affected my stay. It was easy to hear other guests in the hall or even through the vents. The television was set up opposite of the desk and to the side of the bed so you couldn’t eat and watch television or to watch TV in bed you had to crank your neck. There is no fridge in...

"Super helpful stuff!!! Clean hotel!"

"The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Ottawa. Although the staff were very friendly and the room was clean including a kitchenette which was very useful, I found that the AC settings did not work properly leaving the room much hotter than expected. The shower was also broken leaving the water either piping hot or extremely Cold."

"The lobby was under construction and some of the floors were being painted. The staff went out of their way to make sure that we had an enjoyable stay."

"Great location in Byward Market."

"Emplacement en plein cœur de la ville d’Ottawa pas besoin de ta voiture ni de transport en commun …"
