"The shower didn't work, the TV didn't work and the phones didn't work. I asked the hotel staff to call me to discuss the situation and they didn't. I emailed the property and asked them to address the situation and they didn't. They clearly didn't care once I had left."

"Great overnight stay"

"The hotel was clean and we enjoyed the restaurant on site."

"My experience at this hotel was terrible: the air conditioning in the room didn’t work, the toilet was stained with feces, and although I had already paid through Expedia, I was forced to pay again when I arrived to check in."

"Not like how it used to be when it was extended stay. Your “cleaned room” will have the previous persons clothing and dirty towels all over the bathroom, and it’s no longer the cheap place in Rochester where u knew u would not bring bugs home. sadly I couldn’t count how many Roaches I saw"

"clean room nice property"

"Everything is fine."

"Room was very spacious. Breakfast was a little underwhelming"

"Staff not very helpful or polite, but otherwise clean enough and decent breakfast."

"Friendly staff"

"Very clean! Friendly staff and delicious free breakfast buffet."
