"I had a Dr appointment in Richmond. Chose this hotel because of the ratings, location and it was reasonable. It far exceeded my expectations! Super nice. They have a buffet every evening that is amazing and free. Had pulled pork sliders the first night. Had fajitas and a salad the second night. Room was really nice, comfortable bed, super clean. They also have a free breakfast, which I didn’t try, not a big breakfast person. But if it’s anything like their dinner, I would think it’s pretty good. Overall I’d give it 5 Stars."

"I want to happily say that the staff at The Microtel compensated me for my last trip, and i am so happy about this, Raj at the front desk is great, and immediately took care of this for me upon arrival, and this stay I booked a suite, wich I can happily say I have been so comfortable in and it is great , convenient,clean, fan works in the bathroom, everything is wonderful, I am so happy as this is my go to hotel , its safe , chill and in the most convenient location... I am very happy with this trip and want to thank everybody from Raj, the owner and desk staff , I greatly appreciate you, it made me feel appreciated as a customer and so happy to be loyal to this hotel for the past 5 yrs...i will continue to come back , it really is the safest hotel in the area, and a chill comfortable vibe!"
