"Fire place"

"Staff were fantastic, at reception and in the lounge/ bar area. The deck area would be great in Summer but it was raining when we were there but still so much room. Excellent place to stay."

"Booked the 2 bedroom townhouse and it was just lovely!! Open downstairs with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Also had a lovely “private” rear courtyard (shared with the townhouse next to us but if we didn’t see their car there we never would have known that there was anyone staying there! Kitchen was fully stocked with gladerap, foil and even baking paper! Oh and they provided more than just one tiny frypan and one saucepan too! It was a heap of little things that have made my mind up for...

"Great location, onsite restaurant, short drive to the information centre and shuttle to the Cradle Mountain walking tracks."

"Well, the room was brilliant and the views were amazing. The room was kept very clean and topped up each day with everything needed. From the car park to where the room is can be quite a challenge with a heavy case and the timber walkway/ramp and so if there was a way that any luggage could have been taken from reception to the room then this might be the way forward. "The property was on beautiful, Spacious, Clean & Close to amenities. My family really enjoyed it."

"Glad it was only one night as the bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Arrived at 7.15pm which was after hours as the reception shut at 7pm, so the person checking me in was not happy, despite living in the room next to reception, and was out brushing their teeth in the hallway when I left in the morning. Left at 7am so only used the room and bathroom no other areas of the house."

"Staff was so lovely , humble and helpful."

"Our executive ocean front suite was perfect - had everything we needed. Staff were very accommodating with a late check out as well. Great location and would definitely stay here again."

"This is a great value hotel, close to town it's clean and Matthew was very helpful at reception. It's my second time staying here and I have no hesitation in coming back next time I'm in Launceston."

"The property was clean and tidy. It had a lovely view to the beach. The IGA was only 2 minutes away. The staff was very helpfulll. My children wants to come back again."

"Lovely house, room and breakfast! Best sleep ever."
