"A good hotel in a good location with lovely, helpful staff, and a great breakfast. We would use the hotel again. However, I have given a score of 4, not a 5, because whilst the bedroom was very good, the bathroom was in need of a bit of tlc from a maintenance perspective that I'd happily discuss with the hotel."

"We booked double deluxe room and the room was in excellent condition, very clean. The only draw back was the complementary water bottle in fridge was one bottle still which was fine for us The other bottle was sparkling water which was not for us. Everything else was to our standard."

"The room was clean but rather small. We had asked for two single beds and the hotel was great about accomodating us. The bar breakfast and dinner was excellent. The proximity to the west ealing train station was also an added plus. "
