"The Tower Hotel is in a wonderful location, with awesome views of the Tower Bridge and the Thames. When we arrived, the automated system could not locate our reservation, so we had to wait in a second line for the receptionist. The room was clean and functional. The view was spectacular! The VU Bar offered beautiful views, excellent service, and a limited wine list. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. We used the speedy checkout box for a quick checkout."

"It was a really nice room. We only required it for the night. It was pretty clean, beds were comfortable. We had a good TV selection. Only only minor complaint is there was no face towel, which I know is the policy but was a pain using the big towels. I also found a hair on one of the bath towels. As it was very late at night and I'd changed into my pyjamas I didn't want to walk all the way back to reception. I did let the staff know in the morning and they did apologise. The staff were very helpful otherwise and gave all the information required."
