There was a good variety of food for breakfast and its location is great for seeing the Newcastle sites.

We were given Room 204 near the lifts. Upon entry we discovered that we had been given a room with an assisted bathroom. There was an assisted shower, part of which was in the process of collapse. Beautiful clean large superior room. Breakfast perfect. Leisure, lovely sauna & steam room. Pool very shallow and not always able to use as other activities on. Hot tub doesn't exist, it is part of the pool, has jets, not hot, and access by entering the pool. Certainly needs upgrading. No rails around ...

The architecture is a sight to see. Only there for a night but very enjoyable.

The complete regeneration of Newcastle in recent decades has resulted in a city with one of the most beautiful classical-style streets in Europe, combined with masses of shopping options and a wide variety of places to eat or be entertained.
Very friendly people. Lots to do. Lots of restaurants Although there are many old buildings - which I love- it is a very clean city.
We were only there over night. Didn't get a chance to see anything there.
