"Convenient place to stay. Walking distance to most places in Napa "

"Spoke with the hotel ahead of time about early check in and late check out, also to make sure that there were flowers with a card arranged in the room beforehand since it was Valentine’s Day weekend. When we checked in, they were behind, didn’t have the flowers and wouldn’t allow us to check in for 2 hours. The hotel wasn’t busy, or over booked, and the pictures online absolutely show a different experience than real life. The hotel is directly off the main road, not tucked away. Is on a very small winery, was under construction, and the staff members at the front desk were “aloof” to be as kind as possible."

"Do not - I repeat do not - stay on the bottom floor if you come here. You hear every noise. The inn is small so you hear every footstep, door open and close, and constant thumps. I slept 3 hours. I would only stay here if you are guaranteed the top floor because it is cute and clean. I did not interact with staff because I checked in at 9 pm and no one is on the premises. Therefore, I cannot comment on staff friendliness. "

"Parking is easy enough. Check in and out went as expected. Staff was friendly. Beds and pillows were comfortable. A bit on the older side and some things didn’t seem clean, including the pool. Heater had a smell when first turning it on, but it went away fairly quickly. Refrigerator froze our food. Mediocre, but did the job for a last minute trip/booking."

"I booked this property based on the photos, location, and reviews of it being a 4 star hotel. This IS NOT a 4 star hotel. This is a 3 star hotel charging fees of a 4 star hotel without the amenities. This property has no room service, no formal restaurant, and no spa or even pool. While this property was downtown Napa, it was on an industrial road a 1 mile + walk to downtown. They charged $18 for parking each day and a $30 resort fee, which you could use on food or bev but limited to $30 each day not accumulative. We arrived at 11pm, and our shower had pink mold, hair of another guest, and none of the soaps or lotions were filled. Housekeeping would leave towels and trash bags in the hallway on the floor while they cleaned other rooms. Overall the hotel was "fine" but if you are looking or expecting a 4 star hotel this is NOT it."
