"Everything is good except the WIFI strength is horrible. Even have difficulty obtain the necessary connection to access email. Luckily I am on golfing trip to Tianjin. If you are on business trip and require wifi access to conduct business, then you better think twice to check in to this hotel. I have to consume almost close to US40 of my own data plan to communicate although I am on leisure trip to Tianjin. "

"The hotel is in a GREAT place. It’s a ten minute walk to the train station and metro, it’s right along the river with beautiful views. If you walk over the bridge you are right next to a huge mall and shopping area. I think the customer service is lacking. The cleaning staff is lazy. I didn’t feel welcome at all and it took forever to check in because they couldn’t find my reservation.
