Classic hotel with beautiful stairway and entrance. The room had an extra large king size bed that can fit four of us! Breakfast buffet is plentiful, with both Chinese and Western offerings. It's nice to walk around the neighborhood with many historical buildings.

As seen in the pictures, it’s such a beautiful and luxury hotel, with attentive service from the staff. I love every aspect of this hotel. The room, the beds, the AC temperature was just right to me. During our stay, the swimming pool was under maintenance. The staff got a ride for us to a sister hotel to enjoy the pool. Definitely will stay again!

Great Experience

This hotel is like art museum. You’ll be happy with full of masterpieces. Breakfast has Goubli, the best steamed bun in the world! One thing I was impressed; I was working w/o mousepad. They put RCT mousepad next day. Appreciated the hospitality. I’ll definitely stay again next time.

Very nice stay in the historic financial district

I was taking a flight transfer in Tianjin. Got to know Ritz is a must stay in the old square of the city. Booked a Balcony garden view luxury room for one night only. I had some free time to take a walk in town and found the hotel super close to the riverside historic financial district where the late 19th and early 20th century bank buildings are located. Room was super clean; breakfast was good; because of Covid-19, not many stayed residents and overall its pretty quiet. The staff was friendly but they still got some room to improve their service quality to supreme. I enjoyed the stay quite much.

What a fantastic hotel!!! Absolutely stunning

There's really not much to be said: absolute perfection, everything. The service was fantastic - we lost one bag in a train station and they got it back for us - so thank you to the fantastic concierge and bellboy team who saved our holiday! We stayed in the Suite, beautiful room, some of the best restaurants in the town actually inside the hotel, 100% great and recommended!

Service is excellent, hygiene to be improved

Overall the experience is very good. The staff is helpful and willing to do more for you. However, there were some mosquitoes in the bathroom and I found that some died mosquitoes in the bathroom. It should be improved the hygiene. For the location, it’s quite close to the TianJin airport which is very convenience for the logistics. For the breakfast, the type of food are standard, not many Tianjins’ signature there.

Great service but due for some TLC

We were in town for business. Got a great rate for this hotel through Hotels.com. Was unexpectedly underwhelmed by the hotel. It’s due for a little TLC; our room was somewhat tattered around the edges and our entire floor smelled terribly like horses.

A very elegant hotel with exceptional staff. For such a nice hotel, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Club was awesome, with personalized service. This is one of my favorite hotels in which I have stayed in the last few years.
