"I went with my family, I had made 2 room reservation and paid 260.00per room upfront charged to my credit card. Than when we checked in the front desk said I only had 1 room reservation. I repeatly told her we had 2 rooms. Only gave me 1. We checked all into one room. Than in night we went for dinner and returned back at 10 pm . The resort all dark and the check in girl tells me sorry I was correct that I had 2 rooms. I told her I'm not going to repack and move to room . I asked a refund for...

"Exceptional. Reflects on how a hotel suite should be. Beautiful grounds. Restaurant on-site, food was superb and staff were beyond genuine. Highly recommend. We spent two nights there after spending three at a hotel at the beach. It’s telling that every detail was well curated to reflect a very distinctive experience. Hopefully, we make it back."

"There is a virtual reception and there was absolutely nobody on property to help. AC did not work and there was nothing I could do about it."

"Hermosa propiedad, habitación acogedora y con un staff excelente! Ubicación céntrica a los mejores restaurantes!"

"I was there for 2 night. I love this place look amazing and room was really nice and staff friendly. Everything perfect but only this I didn’t like when u have to check in they will take your whole hour for wait on front desk and there is lot a mosquitos other that place is amazing"

"We stayed in the beach front suite with kitchenette. It was lovely to wake up to the gorgeous sunrise over the glittering Caribbean each morning. The staff were all extremely attentive and helpful, friendly and gracious. We appreciated how laid back and welcoming the place was. We felt right at home. Major highlight of the trip was helping hundreds of freshly hatched baby sea turtles find their way to the water with a couple of staff members and other guests. It was such a special, once in a...

"Place was nice but could’ve been kept better. I got probably over 30 mosquito bites because there was a gap in in the window that couldn’t be covered. The water and electric went out middle of the night before check out, and I found out because my cpap turned off and I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t shower or brush my teeth. It was raining hard so in order to get to the front desk from my room I had to walk through ankle height water. It could’ve been easily fixed if they put a drain or something....

"This was an amazing place to stay! I came with three friends, and the room we booked was perfect for us, especially the small private pool on the terrace, which we loved. The hotel also has a small restaurant with delicious food. I ordered the pasta and it was so, so good. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum, and I'd love to come back!"

"Staying at Nômade temple is like entering another world, Drumming music softly plays as you enter the hotel by walking into a jungle and following the pathways to a charming room, decorated in a Moroccan style. Everything is comfortable and clean. Staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. On-site food is delicious; the hotel is located on a pristine beach that has two restaurants. The third restaurant, the Macondo, was only open the first night and was a beautiful environment. Its menu was...

"Great stay at La Reserva Tulum. The interiors are beautiful — serene, elegant and thoughtfully designed. The pool area is stunning. A lovely place to relax and unwind."

"I love staying at this gem of a hotel. Great option if you prefer to be a bit off the resort strip."

"This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough...

"The hotel was excellent only surpassed by the wonderful staff form all parts of the hotel. What lovely people who make the experience a truly pleasurable and memorable trip."

"The hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance were impeccable. We especially appreciated being able to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp at any time and how attentive they were to our needs throughout our stay. The price is definitely worth it, as the staff goes above and beyond to make the experience truly pleasant and enjoyable. The breakfast is great!"
