"Everything was very nasty and falling apart. You should not partner with this hotel. The rooms were dirty, the beds had cigarette burn holes in them, there were bugs everywhere, and the roof was caving in different areas. The two pool table areas had standing water everywhere. There were three people who got arrested. One of which who flashed one of my basketball players that’s in high school. The police were called and he was later arrested for something else. 3 of our guests had to change rooms after checking in due to how poor the conditions were. The breakfast area hardly had any food stocked or there to be made. "

"The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all before our stay, just "tidied up". There was dirt and debri on the bedroom floor, piles of dirt pushed into the corners of the floor in the bathroom, boogers and other debri smeared on the walls, stains on the towels and the bed sheets. There were also not enough towels provided for the number of guests staying in the room. Took our child to the pool, the sign at the door states you must ask front desk for towels, my husband stood at the front desk for almost 10mins while an older man sat behind the desk on the phone, cursing at whoever he was speaking with. The other desk attendant was sitting in a chair by the elevators and watched for a while, then finally approached to assist after almost 10min. The towel that was provided was also covered in stains. "

"Room was clean, shower was good and everyone was friendly…..however since I was on the second floor whomever was above me was very noisy and was stomping back & forth on the floor above me!!"

"The thermostat did not work ... Even though I called repair & they showed me how to do it once they left the hvac heater would not turn on... Your stat installer did Not Remove the clear protective film from the stat display. Signs of a poor install job... Nice to have a wall mounted stat but useless if it doesn't work... BTW your front desk said ever since the upgrade of wall mounted stats they have never worked correctly!! Time to call your HVAC Contractor & get this corrected. Also Your pool was not open... No good if it can not be used.... The TV was menue system was difficult to use but I did fig it out eventually... All employees where very nice & helpful Corporate needs to step up to the plate & get simple stuff working...."

"The issue was my fault. I doubled booked a room through Expedia. I thought I cancelled the one but clearly didn’t.i know missed means missed but I missed the cancellation by 1 day. Soon as I noticed, I reached out to Expedia and the hotel.i went back and forth between Expedia and the hotel for 2 days straight. Messaged the hotel through the app and even personal email. Pretty sure Allen only reached out because Expedia and I kept calling. I even replied to Allen and still haven’t heard a thing. Erin at the front desk was the only one who was helpful during all of this. They should be lucky she works there. She was the only one to show any compassion or just be a decent person through all of it. It sucked the pool wasn’t open. The room overall was clean. However, the ac/heat unit was so loud. When it kicked on, it sounded like a diesel engine just sitting in the room with you. Then when it was time for it to turn off, it was a like a plane powering down. Woke me out of a dead sleep at 3am. In the bathroom, the shower, the ceiling had work done from a previous crack. It’s cracking again. My mom stayed as well and said her room also had a crack on the ceiling in the bathroom. You couldn’t really pull up on the faucet for the shower. When you did, it was like you were pulling it right out of the wall. The caulk job has worn off. Like I said, I know the double booking was my fault but 10/10 I feel like it could have been handled wayyy better between Expedia and Allen. "
