"If you're looking for a value for your money, then this place is for you. We enjoyed our stay with no real problems. Hotel is located in respectable area and the location is well-lit with plenty of parking. Rooms are clean and have been recently upgraded/modernized. There are many convenient restaurants and shops nearby (walking distance). Hotel is located right off of I-40 (go east for some upscale dining/shopping or west towards Nashville and the Broadway strip - a renowned entertainment district, or "Honky Tonk Highway," featuring 24/7 live music, iconic neon-lit bars, and historical sites. The hotel staff were very courteous, attentive and helpful. The complimentary continental BF is very basic (cereal/toast), no frills and no real hot food except mini waffles/instant oatmeal. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the areas."

"This place is an extended stay place that was not advertised that way. There was dried blood on the wall but the thermostat in our room. There was a shady person hanging around the front and inside the lobby. If I would have known all this there is no way I would ever stay here. We felt very unsafe at this hotel. I asked to cancel my room for the second day and was told no even though I bought insurance. I’m fighting that and will be asking for my money back. The entire hotel if you want to call it that… smells like mold and homeless people. Even if I was desperate I would rather sleep at a rest stop. I’m not a difficult person or entitled person but this place was beyond disgusting."
