"Hotel was nice but the desk staff was pushing us to book tours through them. Really pushing hard making it uncomfortable. "

"Staff was amazing specially Mr. Mustafa who greeted us at the reception and he was very humble and helpful person and helped us in all possible ways. Air conditioning was a little low that kept us a bit hot through night but we didn’t complain so can’t blame the hotel. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good and they tried different dishes every day. I would recommend this place to stay. Very close to all attractions. We literally took few minutes of walk to blue mosque, Topkapi palace and Hagia Sophia. Tons of shops and restaurants close by. "

"We were ther multiple days with an overnight excursion in between and they were all so helpful! They stored our luggage, changed rooms seamlessly for us when we had a minor issue and brought us fresh coffee every morning- which was fantastic. Concierge was helpful and not pushy and offered tips and directions as well as the adjoining businesses. We were welcomed daily as family by all and we truly miss them! The best!!"

"Our stay couldn’t have been better as first-time visitors to Istanbul. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of it all, making it incredibly easy to explore the city’s major landmarks, and just as convenient to hop on a ferry to the Asian side. With nearby access to trams, the metro, and buses, getting around was effortless. The area is full of great places to eat. Our favorite was Ortaklar Kebap just around the corner, and if you don’t mind a short walk, Ziya Baba Türk Mutfağı is a must—authentic, delicious, and very reasonably priced. The hotel itself is charming, with incredibly kind and helpful staff who truly made our stay memorable. Breakfast on the rooftop is a highlight—the view alone is a showstopper—but what really stands out is the warmth of the manager and his team. It’s the perfect way to start your day. The rooms are quaint, comfortable, and cleaned daily. There is a fresh, beautiful scent that lingers—I genuinely wish I could bottle it and bring it home. A special mention to the sweet elderly housekeeping lady, whose kindness did not go unnoticed. We’re already planning our return."

"This a nice hotel. It's right across the street from the Blue Palace. Great views from the breakfast area. Very kind and helpful staff. That said, we booked the room with the view of the blue palace and were really excited about it, but we felt a little misled (or "catfished") by the photos of the room on the listing. The hotel has what appears to be two central rooms with the balcony facing the Blue Palace directly (what we could infer from outside). We were given one of the side rooms on that same end (our balcony was on the side), so our view of the mosque was limited to a thin wide window in the room and looking out of the end of our balcony. Still a nice view but wasn't constantly visible. We think the hotel should list and sell the central rooms with the most direct view of the mosque separately. Additionally, our room did not have a modern shower. It appears to be in an old style of the area (see photo) and the shower head only comes to about chest height. That was a bit of an inconvenience, especially since the marble bowl has no drain and you have to bail the water out. That should have been detailed explicitly."
