"All-round good hotel in very picturesque area. Rox hotel next door plays very loud music and so if you get a room next to that hotel, you may have a problem between 3-6pm and 9pm-12am. It is that loud at times that your internal organs vibrate! Saying that, Ludmila at Guest Relations was very good in trying to find a better room (elected to stay in room and just put up with it). Barmen sometimes a little unprofessional, but most staff very good. Spa treatments good and very pleasant areas to sit...

First day, arrived at 1am, no free WiFi even though they advertise that, 25mbps per second, which is partly why I booked as I had work to do, have to pay 20 euros, WiFi still terrible, cannot manage a video call (which is my work) so basically a complete waste.
