"Conveniently situated in the Old Town. It wasn't too noisy when I stayed but the whole area has music in the evening. However I definitely found it was quiet enough to sleep.The garden area is lovely to sit or eat in, flowers, plants etc. The breakfast had an okay range of food and I heard from others that the evening buffet was excellent. There isn't a lift and as a person of advanced years I found walking up to the 3rd floor, not that easy. Although there was help available for bags etc. I...

"NON SMOKERS STEER CLEAR. The first thing we noticed when we walked in the room was the cigarette smell. The windows didn't open and there is an ash tray on the table. If you want coffee you will need to go downstairs to make one in the foyer area. There are no cups/glasses or mugs in the room. Bed was ok, room is a good size and it's clean. "I already wrote a previous review, not sure if someone from your team read it. The hotel did not check us in, they didn't respect the booking, they said they don't work with expedia. You need to review your contract with those guys"

"We first walk into the room and are greeted by a pile of animal feces on the floor. The shower is six inches from the toilet and the water basically drips out. The beds were uncomfortable and the overall cleaniness is questionable. I would not recommend this hotel."
