The room was very big and clean. Was including 2 rooms with sliding door in between, 2 bathrooms. Staff was polite and helpful. SPA and Gym are very good! Coffeemaker with capsules was in our room which is not typical for Turkey. Cons: The parking lot is really small for this size of hotel. Many cars were blocking each other. The beach is small too. Restaurant has a big choice of dishes but non was WOW! It's clean, well organized but "no spirit". Maybe it's just me... We were kind of unlacky. Our room was facing the stage where musician was performing from 21:00 to 23:00. My kids couldn't sleep. Keep it in mind if you planning to come with kids. Overall I would recomend this place.

Beautiful all inclusive hotel in Kemer

Beautiful all inclusive hotel. We really liked the hotel side, not huge, not small, everything was easy and accesible by foot. The Spa was really nice and the food was delicious at the main restaurant and the one by the pool. All the staff was extremely kind and spoke English (which is not the case in other hotels in the area). The rooms were nice but the ey could use a little updating. I would say the big plus was the common areas, the Spa, the outside pools/bars, and the main restaurant.

Gorgeous service

The hotel is very clean, employees are very respectful and caring. We ate good food and received good service during our 3-day holiday. I would especially like to thank Mr. Mehmet Kara, who works at the reception. We were very pleased that he was always smiling even though he was very busy. Resort has everything you need from a 5 star. Great beach front and fantastic service from all staff. We loved the water Main issues with hotel which we didnt expect. 1) put our family in 2 rooms instead of 1 we booked 2) one room the balcony door didnt shut properly - the air conditioning didnt work. We realised this at 1030pm and had to get engineers out to fix it. Even after it was fixed the room was too hot to sleep in as the air conditioning wasnt strong enough. 3) the other room had a strong smell of ciggarettes. Despite making complaint we werent offered resolution. 4) dining service was good except one night at Mexican we waited nearly 40 mins between childrens meals and adults meals - children didnt want to wait and screamed as tired meaning we had to leave restaurant. You dont expect this sort of stuff from a 5 star hotel where you spend a lot of money.. Be weary of local shops - one place we accidentally left a bag and returned 5 mins later dishonest staff stolen & wouldnt eturn On a positve note the kids loved the kids club

Wow, what a fantastic stay! Akra Kemer is unlike any place we have stayed. Nothing was amiss. We can't say enough positive things about the quality of the Akra staff! Almost every encounter was positive and you could tell they were there to give us the best possible experience. They were very friendly, hospitable, professional, and well-deserving of any tips they received. I sincerely hope they are paid well! Thank you, Akra Kemer staff! Every day provided a trip highlight that one might only experience once at other places: The staff, the spa services, the a la carte restaurants, the dining, the comfort of the room, and the entertainment. The value for our money was incredible! Akra Kemer goes above and beyond to provide an enjoyable and memorable stay. For example, they have Turkish, seafood, Italian, and Asian a la carte restaurants (advanced booking required) with five-course meals and unlimited drinks included. This experience at a restaurant with similar quality and service could easily be 75-100 USD per person. But they provide it free to the guests! We had an upper-floor room with a sea view that exceeded our expectations! Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. They even gave us a welcome gift of fruit and wine! We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony to enjoy the spectacular views. The room was very quiet and truly relaxing. The photographer, Ozi, was funny! He took outstanding photos that made us look young again to have memories of our fabulous
