"A great spot with a great staff, and the air conditioning was a huge plus! Ate dinner and the food was very good and they have a nice outdoor sitting area to bring your drinks and snacks and enjoy relaxing. We use their shuttle service and it was prompt in on time. I’m very helpful."

"This was a great hotel with so many special touches that we really appreciated. From the water dispenser in the lobby to the robes and slippers in the room and the chill out areas near the spa. We enjoyed it all. It was very close to Alsetten railway station (3 min walk) which connects you to Zurich city in 2 stations. We had some accessibility needs for our trip and Lorenzo was brilliant. He really helped us a lot. His customer service was exceptional and in fact all the staff we encountered were great. I recommend this hotel and would stay again anytime."

"The room was great. Everything was modern and comfortable. The check-in process is scary if you wait until the last minute. I accept most of the responsibility, but I wish I would have received a warning e-mail for not checking in the day before. Just an email that would make me acknowledge the automated process that I would be entering into and without help from staff on site. We were on a 42 day trip with 14 different hotels, so we were spoiled by most of the hotels that had staff to assist us with check-in. This one surprised us. I think they may have had a video showing the process. We just followed the instructions, but we were in a drizzling rain as it was getting dark."

"Hotel was very nice and prime location near the mineral baths and park with playground for kids. Slightly inconvenient that the 0 level rooms are still up two small half flights of stairs with no elevator. Was a struggle with 2 kids and all our stuff solo but otherwise wonderful hotel."
