Defekte Nachttischlampe, kein Wasserglas oder Becher auf dem Zimmer, es hat zwar diverse Automaten für Snooze und ähnliches im Entree, jedoch einen Getränkeautomaten oder Wasserspender habe ich nicht gefunden, Infoseite für Hotelgäste ist äusserst mager, dreckiges Badetuch vom Vorgast lag noch im Badezimmer

Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im Badezimmer riecht es sehr stark nach Abfluss und das Zimmer nach altem Rauch. Bei der Ausschreibung bei Hotels wahr noch das Frühstück dabei, aktuell gibt es aber kein Frühstück. Somit ist der Preis schon eher hoch für das Self Check-in. Teppiche in den Korridoren sehr verschmutzt.

Das Hotel hat bessere Zeiten gehabt. Aber für einen Kurzurlaub war es ok. Das Parkhaus war teuer. Hotel ist zentral gelegen, nahe der Altstadt.

I stayed at your hotel last night, under a booking for 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 adults and 1 child. Upon arrival, the sofa bed was not prepared at all and even worse, there were no sheets, blankets, or pillows provided. Additionally, the toilet in our room was broken , we could not flash, and in an unacceptable condition—dirty. We paid 157 CHF for a room that had no usable toilet and only two sleeping spaces for three people. This is far below the standard expected from a hotel and completely unacceptable.

Es war furchtbar weil es sehr warm in den Zimmern war. Unglaublich heiß. Sie mussten air condition haben . Weil die Zimmer ziemlich heiß sind. Nicht normal meine ich. Da das Hotel über keine Klimaanlage verfügt, sollte es geschlossen werden, da im Sommer die Hitze in den Zimmern zu groß und die Umgebung ungesund ist.

Bad hat kein Abzug; Duschkopfdefekt; Aussentemperatur 34 Grad, Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage unzumutbar, da extreme Sonneneinstrahlung; Fenster kann man nicht offen lassen, da Disco direkt im Haus und die Gäste der Disco davor rumschreien.

I like the vicinity to train station and Altstadt shopping and restaurants. The hotel lacks a few safety features in the Bathroom area like unsave bathtub ie could use rubber mats or hand rails. The Bar/Restaurant on street level is excessively noisy (music - low level base) at weekends Friday/Saturday up to 4AM.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Although the check in was easy we didn’t enjoy our stay as the hotel and surrounding area had bars and a disco in the hotel. People shouting at 2 in the morning in and outside the hotel. There is a grout of people that hand out around the hotel area that looked very unsafe( even the police were called) Switzerland is not what it used to be ☹️ The safe didn’t work, there was NO free parking as stated when I booked. We won’t be staying here again!

Wir sind wirklich nicht anspruchsvoll – doch der Aufenthalt im Aarauerhof ist leider ein klarer Grund zur Reklamation. Schlechter Zustand des Gebäudes: Die Außenwand unter dem Fenster war so dünn, dass sie sich spürbar bewegen ließ. Veraltete oder irreführende Beschilderung: Wegweiser und Hinweise im Gebäude waren unklar oder offenbar nicht mehr aktuell. Uninformierter Kundendienst: Die telefonische Auskunft – offenbar nicht direkt vor Ort – hatte keine Kenntnis über grundlegende Leistungen des Hauses und versuchte, sich irgendwie durchzuwurschteln. E-Bike-Abstellraum unauffindbar: Laut Plan sollte ein Abstellraum vorhanden sein – doch trotz Suche war er nicht zu finden, falls es ihn überhaupt (noch) gibt. Frühstück war Fehlanzeige: Trotz Beschriftung warteten mehrere Gäste vergeblich vor dem geschlossenen Frühstücksraum. Falsche telefonische Auskunft: Auf Nachfrage hieß es, das Frühstück würde „in 30 Minuten“ beginnen – was nicht der Wahrheit entsprach. Tatsache laut Reinigungsfrau; Seit einem Monat wird überhaupt kein Frühstück mehr angeboten – ohne jeglichen Hinweis bei der Buchung oder online.

Es wurde im EG eine Technoparty gefeiert bis 3 Uhr nachts, unmöglich zu schlafen. Das Zimmer ist in die Tage gekommen, Schimmel im Bad und war schmutzig.

Schrecklich, ist unmöglich zu schlafen, selbst im 5. Stock. Das Bett und die Fenster haben vibriert, vom Bass der Hotelinternen Disco. Dies bis morgens um halb fünf. Nachtruhe ist hier wohl ein Fremdwort.

Hotel eine Frechheit keine Empfehlung

Zimmer für 130 Euro eine Frechheit ZIMMER stinkt bau vermutlichbillig Bau aus den siebzigern Fernseher mini bzw schaltet sich nach 10 minuten aus funktioniert danach erst nach einer längeren Abkühlfase wieder für 10 min Frühstück minderwertig und minimalistisch

Gerade noch ausreichend für eine Nacht

Ich musste für eine Nacht in Aarau übernachten und wegen der Lage fiel die Wahl auf dieses Hotel. Parken war wie auf der Website beschrieben I'm Parkhaus möglich, allerdings konnte ich ohne eine Zimmerkarte nicht ins Hotel. Es war schon nachts und die Sprechanlage sagte nur an, dass alle Mitarbeiter im Gespräch wären... Das Zimmer war sehr unpersönlich eingerichtet, aber sauber. Es gab nicht Mal einen Pappbecher zum Zähne Putzen. An sich OK, aber in die Jahre gekommen, schlecht organisiert und nicht modern.

Uebernachtung in meiner Heimatstadt

War jetzt das zweite Mal da,sonst bin ich Im Storchen in Schönenwerd.Man müsste einfach renovieren,es ist ein alter Bau. Kosmetisch ev. mit Farbe,Teppiche wechseln.Das Personal hat mir geholfen früher das Zimmer zu beziehen.Da mein Spitalthermin verschoben wurde.Super danke dafür. Zimmer sauber einfach zu kalt.
