"Everything was great, though apartment floor was not cleaned just bathrooms"

"Incredible stay at this gorgeous hotel. We arrived super early from an overnight flight and they were able to check us in quite earlier than our reservation time, which was extremely appreciated. The staff were beyond fabulous, every single one of them. They work hard, they’re kind, funny, and helpful. The room was great, the bed was super comfy, shower was hot and had great pressure, and we loved the breakfast options every day. Great area to stay, would 100% return if we are in Lisbon again!"

"Hotel muito bom, localizado em uma área bem próxima a praça Marques de Pombal, conseguimos fazer muita coisa caminhando.Equipe de funcionários muito educados.Quarto excelente, limpo e confortável, bem decorado e bonito. Café da manhã excelente, super recomendo!"

"Wonderful staff"

"Lovely suite with quiet courtyard balcony and large bathroom. Loved the jet bathtub. Great location and very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again!"

"I stayed at Dona Graça for two weeks. The stay for my first time in Europe was immaculate. I really enjoyed the aesthetic of Dona Graca apartments. The staff and service was wonderful. Very friendly and attentive. The view was great as well"

"スタッフがフレンドリーなうえに親切で良かった。眺望が素晴らしい部屋に案内してくれた。隣から犬の鳴き声が聞こえたが犬好きなので気にならなかった。中心部から少し離れていてケーブルカーが停止中だったから歩いてホテルに戻るのは大変だったけど、リスボンはup and downの町なのでそれも旅の思い出です。"

"A great place to stay. Clean rooms & very friendly & helpful staff. We travelled with friends so we had 2 rooms. In our room, the hot water faucet was not securely attached and came off in our hands on several occasions. Our friends room had a problem with the power outlet in the bathroom. The first time they used and unplugged the hairdryer it pulled the power outlet out of the wall. This was not repaired before we left two days later. The hair dryer also overheated and smelt like something was...

"Enjoyed using this as our home base to explore Lisboa ! Close to metro and bus stops, busy street that doesn’t take too long to get an uber, nice kitchen and multiple bathrooms that were always available and clean. Room was more spacious than expected and the small patio to look at the main road was nice as well!"

"My husband and I had a lovely stay. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Everything in our room was well thought out."

"The accommodations were exactly as pictured. And, the place was very clean. My only recommendations would be for railings on the stairs and a room safe for valuables. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay there."

"No kettle or fridge in the room and that’s the only negative point"

"Great breakfast; updated clean hotel."

"Ducha muy pequeña e incómoda mal mantenimiento de las puertas"

"Appartement bien situé avec autobus, tramway et bons restaurants à proximité. Appartement bien fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé. Bonne communication. Nous avons apprécié d’être à 10 min de tout aussi facilement pour visiter Lisbonne !"

"We found the hotel suitable for our stay & not too far from the city centre (about 10-15 mins walk) . The rooms were clean & well maintained, breakfast was good & drinks were available throughout the day (coffee). The staff were very helpful & very knowledgeable of the city. The hotel also has a roof terrace which is ideal for having your breakfast or for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing . Would suggest may not be suitable for anyone with walking issues as the hotel in located at near...

"Personal muy atento, excelente ubicación, comodo y práctico. Aunque no entendí como funcionaba el aire acondicionado."
