"Had a fantastic stay. Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. Facilities were wonderful. Only issue was that my room was very cold by the time I returned in the evening. I noticed an electric radiator but didn't think I would need to turn it on - a little heads up at reception to turn it on low for a few hours would have been great."
