Hotel was easy to find, with parking available. Easy walking distance to station (which suited us). Staff were helpful and friendly. Especially good for our first breakfast - where we were going out before breakfast time - the staff put together a lovely breakfast for us to take with us - which was brilliant.

Breakfast excellent with lots of choices and Sunday night dinner was really good and well prepared with the cost in line with other restaurants in the Chester area. Room clean and house keeping staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was generally first class.

Reception were very helpful, location by the water was nice but surroundings weren’t the best. Bathroom was dated but ok. Nice communal areas and the bridge is a nice feature. My stay was short so not able to give detailed review. I would stay if in the area again.

A good nights stay with an excellent breakfast, well located for the town centre. Only thing of slight concern was the size and location of the fire alarm in our room - right next to the bed at ear level and quite a size to say the least!
