The room was clean and looked like recently renovated. Nice breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the aircon in the room was very poor. Tried to increase the temp to 21 deg from the preset temp of 18 deg as it was -2 outside. It never ever got to 21 deg and in fact I never saw ...

Very good location, right on the beach, great staff. Lots of trash at the back of the property though which the seagulls had ripped apart which didnt look great. A close walk to the high street if you needed anything.
