"Very friendly people"

"A lovely room in a very cosy, friendly pub. There was some road noise due to the location, but this dies down after dark. The facilities and food were excellent."

"Our room decor was very tired and tatty, the shower was no more than warm, the plug in the sink was broken and the shower had no hand held wand so you had to get wet all over. The bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok."

"Breakfast does not cater to Vegan at all. Room is ok but there are noise to the area (not because of the property management but because there is a pub next door)."

"Le cachet et la gentiesse du personel. Mis a part un probleme de drain de douche qui a été régler rapidement tout étais parfait"

"the food was excellent, but the room was very very small in one place there was only about 9 inches from the wall of the bathroom."

"Probably one of the worst 3 star hotel bedrooms (room 12) we have ever stayed in. The bathroom was terrible, ceiling paint was peeling off, shower seal was broken causing the floor to flood, toilet roll holder was hanging off, soap dispenser was broken, door handle did not work and signs of damp or roof leak staining on the ceiling. The Inn is a short walk to a scenic marsh and pond with fish/eel traps and a bench for savoring the peaceful view. The town of Stockbridge, about a mile away, is wonderful for window shopping (and purchasing!) and is the start of a beautiful picturesque 'marsh walk' through grazing cows and lovely pastures. We found their restaurant had a...

"Great location for a getaway. Stockbridge was a hidden gem for us. Well kept pub type hotel with a large room and at a good price. Decent breakfast."

"Premier Inn is a nice hotel; there is a McDonalds across the street which is convenient. The hotel does not have air conditioning so depending on the time of year that you visit it could be an issue. We were there in October, so it was not an issue. The restaurant was good. The beer taps were not working when we were there, but they had bottled beer so that was not a big thing. I would recommend the ribs. The brunch buffet is okay. The coffee machine was broken when we were there so that...
