Peeling wallpaper, shower grout was moldy/discolored, and the carpet was stained. Additionally, the bed sheets had holes and small stains, but they were clean. "

I was sick for 6 days with pneumonia and was TOLD to check out a day early with NO REASON. My bank flagged my card for Fraud since no staff checked me out of my reservation on 3/6/26. The Hampton Inn, Waltham STILL HAD AN OPEN reservation for me 5 days AFTER I was TOLD to leave. Unprofessional and untrained staff with zero customer service skills to solve problems. "
