"Schöne Lage des Hotels am Beginn der Fußgängerzone. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Pool war für unsere Zwecke groß genug und schön ruhig nach hinten gelegen. Gutes Frühstück in angenehmer Lage zur Fußgängerzone. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt."

"Preis Leistung passt super. Es sind einfache Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon im 1.Stock. für weit unter 50€ die Nacht mit Frühstück, kann man nicht meckern. "

"I fully recommend this place eyes closed, 1000%. The service I just can’t describe it. Whenever we needed something we got it right away. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, welcoming. This place is very peaceful. 15 mins away driving from rethymno so if you want to be closer to everything ( restaurants, old town, etc then this place wont be your best choice. Regardless, is worth going. You can make reservations to eat at Kapsaliana hotel."

"We were welcomed by the helpful couple at reception and showed to our rooms early. The rooms where nice and clean with a comfortable bed. We had a coffee maker in the room which was really nice. The rooms are small but comfortable. The reception gave us some good suggestions where to go for dinner. Everything was close by and within walking distance We had a nice breakfast at the hotel too with many delicious choices.. I can highly recommend this property"
