"Well a big part of waterpark was closed. Not listed. Expedia quoated a price that was supposed to be the total including taxes and fees. WRONG!!! We was charged almost $100.00 more at checkin. So our Expedia price cost our kids there game cards. We only took enough to pay the balance and for our kids game cards. Thanks for making our special needs children the worst vacation ever. "

"The room was above and beyond neat and clean. On the second day a lady came to clean the room. Since we were leaving the next morning we told her it wasn't necessary. She did however refill our coffee."
