"We enjoyed staying. At a very good experience. Stayed for two nights with the grandchildren they love the pool. The only problem I think we had was the air conditioner. Grandbaby would laugh when it would come on we thought there was a spaceship landing in our room. Just needed to be maintenance. Overall, give it a 90% stay again definitely."

"We really enjoyed this resort! It was super close to Dollywood and all the attractions. Several restaurants within walking distance & Walmart is just a couple minutes away. My kids and I loved the water slides and hot tubs. The water in the outdoor pool was really cold but the indoor pools were comfortable. The fire pits for making s’mores are awesome and the decorations for fall were beautiful. Loved taking walks outside after dark. I suggest bringing your own pillow since we didn’t like the ones in the room (too high/thick for our preference)."

"Everything was great except food/snack prices. Shuttle busses and drivers were great also. We will go back numerous times in the future. Kids loved indoor water park."
