"I really liked this hotel and location. My only "complaint" would be that there was no way to control the air temperature in the room. I like to sleep a bit cooler and it was hot. No ventilation and only opening the window were options. Also, there were stairs from the lobby to the hall to the elevator which is hard with heavy bags. Hot water seemed to be finicky as well. Very clean rooms, all newly renovated, had a hand steamer for my clothes which worked good, and a spot off the floor to put my suitcase. Could have used a little more sink space. "

"I will start by saying that we were able to check in early and the front desk gentleman was helpful and accommodating. I didn't expect much for the money but I was left feeling like I overpaid. This was a no frills property to start, but add to that the hand lotion and hair conditioner bottles were left empty and there was short hairs all over the bathroom floor which did not match us. The air/vent system did not appear to work, leaving the room We went to the hotel restaurant, Hue, for dinner but after sitting at the bar we noticed how filthy the entire bar was. Bottles of liquor were dirty, the floor was dirty and a small bucket was under a sink, filled with garbage that looked like it was being leaked into from the sink above. We did not stay for dinner, the one Tito's and club soda I ordered was $17! "

"The gym and pool were being renovated as was the downstairs lobby bar., so that was disappointing. They made the gym in the across-the-street hotel available, but that defeats the purpose of having a hotel gym. Perhaps it will be really nice when all renovations are done, but not so in the middle of the renovations. And probably worst was that the heat in the hotels didn’t work because they converted the entire building to exclusively air conditioning in the rooms claiming that they were transitioned to Summer HVaC settings even though outside temperature was down to low 40s at night. "

"Good: Clean room, comfortable bed, good location. Staff are very friendly and addressed concerns promptly. Bad: VERY thin walls, can literally hear conversation's and alarm clocks next to you. Plumbing might be an issue as second day we were there, strong odor from bathroom smelt like sewer plant. "

"Room was great, ipad plug in didnt work so ipad always dying, 4th floor hall carpets were dirty, gym was closed due to construction. Ironing station was down the hall, little water in it, a learning curve to use. Not one glass in the roon.Reilly was very nice at front desk. The rest of staff aloof. Did not eat "
