"we had the room all the way to the top- i believe they called it nube. the ceiling was A frame which made it difficult for a male standing up to use the toilet as my husband had to turn his head to avoid touching the ceiling. same thing when i used the bathroom sink- you couldn’t go over the sink or you’d hit the ceiling. i will say, i stayed in 3 resorts in bacalar and they had the best bed and pillows. slept well. i will say it had the best view of the water- no obstruction in the way. had a good breeze going through the patio. on arrival, they greeted us with a drink and appetizer. which was nice."

Las escaleras para bajas a la laguna estaba en mal estado y daban la apariencia de muy viejas y las tablas de pádel en mal estado y muy pocos! El staff fue muy amable siempre atento a nuestras necesidades"
