"Room seemed clean until I found spilled coffee in the microwave from the prior guest. Lobby seemed to be under ongoing renovation. Pool was closed. Staff weren't friendly. There was a person experiencing homelessness sleeping in one of the stairwells. The AC unit in the room was so noisy it couldn't be used. The shower paneling was coming off the wall. On the plus side, the room had a nice patio out the back and we didn't have anything stolen from our car overnight. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Seemed very experience for what we got (~$140)."

"I’d give this a 5 as the actual hotel is excellent. But they don’t seem to have enough housekeeping staff and the housekeeping staff and front desk communication is non-existent. We waited over an hour for a room and all 3 rooms we tried were not made up yet. "

"While the cabin was simple in nature, it was comfortable, clean, and inviting. The kids really liked the extra snacks available and us, the parents, really appreciated the well stocked amenities. Being able to do laundry was also very helpful. "

"Staying at the Hogan for two nights exceeded all my expectations. It is even better than how it is described on vrbo. It was peaceful and private, had spectacular surround-around views, was artistically decorated with an attention to detail, VERY comfy bed with a wide selecting of pillow types.... nice wood burning stove, amazing stars in the night sky without light pollution, and windows in 7 of the 8 sides of this lovely octagonal house. "

"Room (especially the floor) was dirty. Doors, door handles, walls, windows were dirty. TV did not work. Had to go to office to request an HDMI cable for TV to work. Bed was comfortable. Area was quiet. Heater and A/C worked fine. "
