"after checking out the pool and the gym room, I was very disappointed because the pool was closed and the gym had a little stuff to do to work out. Alderwood was mainly a treadmill, but I love our room. It was stained. Staff was very polite breakfast I really enjoyed because I had as much as I needed. It was very delicious. This place is not a family place but most likely if you were on business"

"Great value! Clean, remodeled, and less than a mile from the small downtown area. Easily walk to all of our destinations and food in the city. Plenty of parking available as well. Only complaint is that too much can be heard from the room above. Heard every step and creaking noises from above neighbors, I don’t know if this was an exceptionally loud person or just not enough padding between floors. I requested a room switch the next morning and the staff was super understanding and helped me immediately. Everyone from check in to support team was very attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay again, though perhaps ask for an upstairs room from the start. Silent nights of great sleep after that switch"

"Beautiful and clean property. Nice amenities. However, every time we called down to have items brought to the room it took at least 2 calls and an hour plus to receive them. We also wanted room service food one morning and after waiting an hour we called back and the order was never placed. Service could have been quicker. "
