"Despite some misdemeanours, which later were rectified i would not hesitate to book this hotel again. We were with our dog and on the LG Level. The room was spacious and quiet, and having a dog who eats cooked meat, having the mini fridge was a bonus. The toiletries smelt beautiful and the power shower was very good. The underground car park was secure with the added bonus of driving out until midnight after you have booked out. We didn't have breakfast as were advised because of the dog it would have to be room service, which we didn't fancy."

"Rooms are large and tidy, but the brown, dated décor makes the rooms look tired. Check‑in was polite but rushed, with no guidance on simple things like Wi‑Fi, breakfast or hotel facilities. Beds are on the firm side not as comfy as main competitor. Free parking nearby is the standout perk. "

Despite having the remnants of a cold, I had to take a cold shower to start my morning - which I felt for the rest of the day. Although I know there is nothing explicitly the hotel could do, they should have at least offered a discount or coupon or something. "
