"First class service and affordable - definitely worth staying and going back to stay with them again"

"ممتاز وجميل "

"amenities were not available due to ongoing construction expansion. front desk was exceptional."

"Hotel was very clean and with a modern design, but my biggest takeaway was how sweet, friendly and respectful the entire staff was."

"Service Elevator was horrible that we have to take the stairs going down from the 11th floor where we stayed. There were 4, one is under repair and the other one never opens. technically only 2. Huge volume of guests' turnover in the middle of the day that waiting the elevator to open going down was almost a forever wait. I like to iron my clothes but not part of their amenities. Parking was tight."

"Wonderful stay! Absolutely love this hotel. The staff we wonderful, the location is perfect, it’s just a couple blocks away from Uptown Mall, and the room was very comfortable. I will be staying here next time I visit BGC for sure!"

"فندق جيد ، لا يوجد مكان للتدخين في الفندق وهناك غرامه لمن يدخن في الغرفه او مرافق الفندق"

"Clean nice staff good breakfast"

"Staff were great. Breakfast buffet was awesome with lots of food to choose from. My concern was the bedding, I can tell it wasn’t washed properly and the smell lingered. I got some rash and couldn’t sleep properly. Need some fixing on one of the faucet too."

"Excellent location, 6-8 min. drive or short walk to Newport district. A little over 15 mins. by taxi to Glorieta Makati, no traffic"

"Location is very good, near train terminsl, restaurants, MOA , Ayala Malls, and walking distance to Baclaran church. The entrance to hotel lobby is not that very visible from the road, it’s in the corner. I was advised by the front desk that slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste not available. No microwave and even heating pot for coffee, so the room is just for sleep. And no phone inside, there’s one near the elevators for you to reach the operator. But there’s a safe box!"
