"Most of the staff was friendly. If you needed things for the room that service was horrible several occasions I had to call 4 to 5 times or walk to the front desk which was a long walk. The staff at the buffet was great. The person who greeted us at in main lobby was great. The food was good the drinks were watered down"

"I loved this property! The staff was helpful And friendly. Some of the rooms are outdated but they were renovating while we were there. Im definitely going back to see the upgrades!!"

"This was a great base to visit Negril & other attractions. We were very well taken care of the staff or outstanding"

"The cove was wonderful"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wabi Sabi Villa in Lucea, Jamaica, and it was truly an exceptional experience. This villa offers everything you could ask for in a private retreat, including a stunning private pool and jacuzzi for guests to enjoy. The all-inclusive package with a personal chef made our stay even more special, as we were treated to delicious meals in the comfort of our own villa. "Absolutely gorgeous resort. Just book it!"

"This stay was very disappoining compared to my previous stay. Our room door didn't properly close. So you have to remember to push or pull it. Paint peeling off wall near sink. Shower door didn't close. We spent two days without hot water and was told everything was fine. Food was so blah.. Same thing every day for breakfast. I paid for private dinner"

When booking I requested that my Father be assisted with handicap accessibilities. When checking in they informed me his room was on the third floor with no elevator, then charged me to “upgrade” to the first floor. There are no elevators. No golf carts for walking. Steps are everywhere including multiple trip...

"ONE OF THE BEST VACATIONS! Everything was truly amazing. The property was beautiful and the staff were so lovely. We would book with Roundhill again in a heartbeat."
