"Room was big. Bed was wide. Sleep was great and calming. Hotel staff were friendly"

"I have stayed here for the past 5 to 6 years and there has been a lot of improvement. From reception to cleaning. I didn't go to the restaurant this time ,so I can't say much about that but room service was good. Food has improved . My only downside was the water wasn't warm enough for showers and restaurant need a little more improvement with their burgers. Comparing the past which was always 6,I will give them a 9/10 this time. Am happy they listen to reviews. See you all soon."

"Great hotel. Well maintained. Beautiful. Great welcome on arrival. Helpful and friendly staff. Great food. Rooms are a bit small."

"Bad service and I think they improve system, they tran more professional people than all we sorry, Please and all that."

"it was a good experience , but first time in my life to see hotel room phone down for two days without maint. , and one mornng without tap water"

"Staff was very accommodating and willing to help out when we needed it. Nearby the airport, malls, etc. Room had all the amenities and a pharmacy/market is next to it for toiletries and other items."

"Clean quiet beautiful location !!!"

"All good, roads leading there is a different story tho’ but overall, good"

"Staff was nice - accommodated my early check in. Beware though - Expedia says check in is 2pm but real time check in is 3pm. Pool was dirty with lots of leaves - I’m not sure it gets used much. A lot of outside from window - late into the night. Not sure if it was some sort of machine they were using. Also you can hear footsteps on the gravel. No refill of coffee after it was used and fridge was leaking water. Toilet - good. Shower - good and clean and water pressure was great."
