"At the check out, receipt was not available. Staff said me that they would send it soon but I don't receive it. On the stairs, furnitures are left. Shampoo and conditionner dispensor doesn't work well."

"Four of us came to stay from the uk fir a short break in Accra. Overall our stay at the hotel was a very good experience and the staff extremely helpful. Shout out to the manager Rachel who went over and beyond. Needs to be pointed out that the hotel does not have a lift so people with mobility issues may find the stairs a struggle and need rooms on ground floor. That said, the staff always brought up the luggage on arrival and down on leaving. Breakfast is in the small restaurant area. Caters...

"good customer service!"

"Rooms don't get cleaned up unless they have specific instructions. Even when they do, there are no guarantees that the room will be cleaned"

"The hotel is located in a very calm vicinity. The staff are helpful. Clean hotel and not far from Accra international airport. The only issue is that only one TV channel was showing."

"Clean room with a spacious bathroom. Professional staff who were very helpful and supportive. Will stay again!"

"all good"

"The whole stay on a whole was good, the staff made it excellent, from the reception to the restaurant, for me it was reception guys no questions too challenging for them they make things happen. I really appreciate them always smiling and make you feel comfortable approaching them. Thanks for making my stay enjoyable."

"At long last, I’ve found a place in Ghana that truly felt like a home away from home! I had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, everything was kept clean, and the surroundings were well maintained. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby, easy access to Uber and Bolt, and Achimota Mall just a short distance away. What really made my stay special was the staff. Frank was very helpful but Frimpong, Judith, Linda, Clifford, and the rest of the team were also...

"Well secured and safe place, elegant and good customer experience; Will highly recommend."

"I booked my reservation one week in advance. They took my payment and confirmed the booking, but just 11 hours before my arrival, they moved me to a substandard apartment that was far below what I had originally paid for. I also paid for airport pickup, yet the driver arrived very late. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor and very unresponsive. I will not be booking with them again. "

"Location is near everything literally. Uber to the Accra mall is like $2.90usd and if u want a Uber with AC you gotta. choose Uber COMFORT. Staff was not very friendly and dont greet you with a smile. However if you ask for help they do help you. The house manager body odor is STRONG which throws you off because they need to put a AC Unit in the lobby area where he sits instead of fan that only blows more heat. If he wasn't so sweaty he wouldn't smell so awful. The owners need to do better....

"Staff is amazing and the Guest House is very close to Palace Mall"
