"Interesting place. Advertised as a guest house on some sites and Bed and Breakfast on others. Unfortunately when we arrived were told breakfast was not included - that seemed strange I booked the room on the pretence it served breakfast - being a "Guest House". I paid top price for this site when compared with other B & B's. Although they did end up supplying cereal for breakfast. But that is not good enough for the price. Also daily service was minimalist. "This is a solid, very nice mid-tier hotel. Nothing fancy but great for an affordable stay. Its location is excellent, right next to a major underground stop. The only disappointment was the restaurants: breakfast buffet - decent not more; Hell’s Kitchen - well presented, but pricey and not very flavorful, and Lirica - below average in many ways. Bar was terrific however! So best to go elsewhere for dinners."

"It was in such a great location and, for the price, we thought it was exceptional value. Everything was lovely, spacious and really quiet. The only small negative was that there wasn’t any bottled water available in the mini market in reception. After a long day of walking, we didn’t have the energy to go up to the 12th floor to get water, so we ended up boiling some in the room instead. Other than that, we had a really lovely stay and would definitely recommend it."
