"Location was perfect close to lots of major sites including TheNational Gallery, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben to name a few. Within easy walk to theatres. Hotel clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Room had everything you needed along with comfortable beds. There is a water station on each floor along with a cupboard to stock up on anything you may have forgotten: toothbrush, comb, sewing kits, extra tea/coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
