"The hotel and room was pretty standard for a hotel in downtown Chicago. There was water stations on every floor to fill water bottles, the staff was very friendly, and there was self-service check-in & check-out. Only negative was the doors to the rooms were very loud, louder than other hotels I’ve been at and it felt like all hours of the night and early morning people were coming and going with slamming the doors. Sleep wasn’t as great bc of it but not much you can control besides other guests...

"Es gibt einen Self-Check-In Schalter sowie ein dünn besetztes Personal an der Rezeption. Das Hotel bzw. Das Zimmer ist sehr veraltet. Baujahr ca. 1920, dennoch war es sehr sauber. Wir haben täglich neues Handtuch oder auch Seifen bekommen. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral, man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen. Auch zur U-Bahn Station zum Flughafen braucht man ca. 10-12 min. Zu Fuss. Ein Manko ist, dass wir Frühstückscoupons erhalten haben, da das Hotel keins eigenes Frühstück anbietet. Egal was wir...
