The hotel is located in the perfect place if you want to explore Downtown Chicago. So many things to do within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The hotel was so clean and the room were well appointed.

The only issue I had to deal with was the elevator going down for service. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and nice. The exercise room actually was pretty good. The front desk were helpful the few times I asked questions.

Great location to downtown core and river walk. Rooms are modest in size but in line with city hotel. The bed was extra firm, not terribly comfortable, and air conditioner runs nonstop and is quite noisy. Overall a decent experience for a fair price on a holiday weekend when the city was bustling with visitors.

I’ve stayed at club quarters a number of times now. I’m kind of a picky person when it comes to customer service, the Staff at both Chicago downtown hotels was nothing short of amazing, time I’ve stayed there! Thank you for the great service and the clean accommodations. I would definitely recommend and I will be staying there again in the near future. Oh, I forgot to mention both downtown locations are very convenient to everything in the Chicagoland area.

We had a pleasant stay, and the location is definitely one of the best things about this hotel. It’s right in downtown Chicago, with lots of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The water taxi is also conveniently located right across the street, which made getting around and sightseeing very easy. That said, the hotel room could use some updating. The room felt a little dated and was also somewhat dusty, so the housekeeping could be more thorough. The check-in process could also be improved—it was a little slow and could have been more organized. Overall, the location is excellent and very convenient. With some room updates, better attention to cleanliness, and a smoother check-in process, this hotel could be an even better place to stay.
