"Our favourite hotel in the city. Thankfully the spa was open this time (closed in January when we were there last). Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff attentive, makes your stay extra special. "

"Good clean room with courteous staff. Had a lovely dinner there that night. However we had a water leak in the bathroom at 9pm, when we notified staff they came up and upgraded us into an Executive sweet for the night."

"The room and surroundings were beautiful. We had a few drinks in the bar staff were very pleasant, listened to some great funky music with the saxophone guy roaming the floor. A special mention to Tom on reception who we checked in with, he was so welcoming, friendly and he gave us a room with a great view of our city and I loved the free standing bath! Thank you Tom we would’ve liked to have thanked in person the next day! Siobhan👍 x"
