The receptionist and all staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful. There is a travel desk at the ground floor and able to make last min tour arrangement. There are a few restaurant along the street in front of the hotel. Only negative point is the room seem a bit dated but the location and staff more than make up for it. Highly recommended hotel for 1st time traveller to Xi'An."

The room was very clean, spacious and stylish with a very quiet air conditioning that allowed us to sleep soundly at night! It was also well equipped with Dyson and Magic Toilets! The dining options were great in and around the hotel depending on your taste and if not, you can walk to a very luxurious shopping / grocery mall not too far away! TIP - ROOM VIEW : Book the Park / Garden view as the City View is a wall of condo buildings! We would definitely come back without question and they definitely put the W franchise on our radar!"
