The staff was warm welcoming and very helpfull from the 1st day. A special mention for Andy Song at the Concierge, every one spoke good english compare to our very poor mandarin. This made our 4 nights stay in Xian very nice and easy. Our room had a nice calm view

Classy hotel with friendly English speaking staff, clean and comfortable room. A special shout out to the hotel porter Andy who spoke great English and was so helpful during my stay and truly went above and beyond in his customer service. The hotel is a 25 minute walk to the closest entry point onto the City wall (Changle gate), which I highly recommend to rent a bicycle on.

Very friendly and helpful reception and concierge staff. Location of the hotel is great, central and quick access to key attractions. Rooms are also nice with good amenities.
