"We stayed in room 105, it was clean, didn't see any cleaners over weekend stayed Fri - Mon , bed very comfortable, very small toilet shower room, no extractor, the shower could of done with a slide pole to avoid wetting hair, balcony small but sufficient to sit outside sea view, very hot in room, fan supplied in wardrobe, but only one spare plug socket, which was annoying charging phones drying hair, hairdryers available at reception, the staff are happy to give extra tea, coffee milk just ask. Don’t know about parking as got the train there, about 10 minutes walk to station, Good location not far from town, harbour, Saturday & Sunday free music at bandstand couple of minutes walk ( summertime) The place is an old building not the Crown Jewels but you get what you pay for, friendly staff , and a good stay"

"Good size room with plenty tea/ coffee facilities. Fan in room was a great help especially when warm. Nice big tv. Ample plugs. Parking wee bit difficult but free. Water cooler at breakfast is handyfor filling up bottles. Overall good maybe a wee paint freshen up. Breakfast good."

"The Appartment is beautyful an the Seaview ist lovley. We enjoyed every day! If we ever return to folkestone we would look for the very same appartment. However we also notices some minor Troubles: The balcony door already needs fixing and the handle is quite corroded. Also: Cooking prooved challenging: Only one Pot and a few frying Pans ... we bought whisk and Spatula ourselves. Only four Sets of Cutlery made it hard to get over even one day without washing the dishes. A broom for cleaning out the sand every morning would also have been appreciated. Anyway: Thanks for the help when the water was off! The owner answered our text immediately and helped fix the problem."

"Extraordinaire location. Vue et lieu magnifiques. Appartement très bien garni et confortable. Tout est impeccable. Parking dans la rue facile mais payable à l’avance. Promenade piétonne en bord de mer juste devant et quartier très chic. Je recommande absolument malgré les étages à monter."

"In a great central location, plenty shops, places to eat, pubs all around and very quick walk to the coast which was beautiful, didn’t realise Folkestone was so nice! Outside building looked very nice, access lobby area clean and inviting. Great shower! (good water pressure!)Apartment was compact but had everything needed. Was a hot weekend so needed to open the windows overnight, could hear people enjoying themselves which wasn’t a problem for us. Some parts of the apartment were tired but that’s expected in an old building that’s rented out. I’d definitely use this 2 bedroom apartment again. Thanks for a really nice stay "
